This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the MARENATELIER official store, covering order processing, shipping time, delivery scope, and shipping fee rules.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and packaged within 1–3 working days after successful payment (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will strictly inspect the products before shipment to ensure that the goods are intact and meet quality standards.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
We mainly provide shipping services for the United Kingdom, and support international shipping for most regions. We cooperate with official mainstream logistics carriers to ensure stable and safe delivery of orders.
3. Shipping Time
UK domestic orders: 3–7 working days after shipment. International orders: 7–15 working days after shipment (the specific time is affected by customs clearance and local logistics efficiency).
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the system according to your delivery address, order weight and volume. We will launch free shipping activities from time to time, subject to the store’s real-time activity rules.
5. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number and logistics query link to your email. You can check the real-time logistics status of your order at any time.
6. Delivery Notes
Please fill in the accurate and detailed delivery address and valid contact information to avoid delivery failure caused by address errors or unsuccessful contact. If the package is lost or delayed due to incorrect customer information, we will not bear the relevant responsibility.
7. Force Majeure
For order delays caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, extreme weather, customs inspection, and logistics suspension, we will actively follow up the order status and inform customers in a timely manner, but do not bear compensation liability.
